Highly Rated, Great Location, 1/2 block to the beach!!!

Our condo has flat screen smart TVs, brand new furniture, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances and more. Our deck overlooks the pool, but is nicely secluded by maple trees for privacy. Being on the top floor provides a more spacious deck and condo. Great location in the popular Restaurant Row. The condo is just 3 miles to Barefoot Landing, 2 miles to Outlet shopping, 1 miles to calabash buffets and within steps to Ocean Annie's, Finn McCools, Biminis, Flip Flops and Harry the Hats. A top floor / end unit has the benefit of no neighbors above or to the side, just one shared wall. Also, the deck is open to the sun! Being on the top floor, if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the condo for you.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had a great stay. I would suggest better pots and pans and the knives being sharpened and a better vacuum but other then that we were very happy with the accommodations. Highly recommend this condo.
