Great stay! Spot clean rooms, heated pool with a sunset view. Very helpful staff. Manager helped us immediately to get a room with 4 beds despite originally being assigned smaller room. Fully recommended.

I had booked a "club" room "suite" with "lounge access" The room description said 60 sqm room with separate sitting area etc. I dont think the property has anything other than standard 25-30 sqm rooms. They dont have a lounge.. Lounge for them, per their defintion is that you will get some drinks and some snacks served from their standard reaturant dinner buffet .. Overall experience was that of an unbramded 3 star property. How come Radisson agreed to fly their flag in such a run down property ??

My first ever visit to Muscat. I liked the hotel, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Got upgraded to the Royal Suite - which was SUPERB! Located in the City, many malls are nearby. There's a car rental desk in the lobby with availability of cars on site - which was a major Plus! Breakfast food was average.
