House was clean, great location with easy access to the beach, pier, & restaurants, plus check-in and check-out were super easy. Would definitely recommend.

The location is perfect! The beach house is beautifully designed and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time! However, we brought food we bought from grocery store (sandwich meats, cheeses, yogurt, etc) and the fridge was warm. It took right at 24 hours for us to get it cool. So by that time, we were scared to eat what we brought and had to trash the perishables. We also were never able to get the upstairs TVs to work and connect to streaming services. The railing on the outside stairs was loose and wobbly but they fixed that right away. So, we had a few mishaps but nothing major. It is most definitely a beautiful home and close to the beach/pier.

I was impressed with Garden City. The pealing Teflon pans need replaced with something cooking friendly. Also more dishes and silverware would be nice. sleeping was interrupted by a very squeaky toilet, but fortunately it was repaired on Thursday. But it is a very nice place and I might visit again. thanks

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in this super convenient location. We were able to walk to the beach, arcade, food, and ice cream from the house. The house is very clean and the owner communicates very well. I highly recommend this rental.

Great girls get away!

Brought my daughter and some friends for a quick trip. Perfect location right across from the beach. And the girls got to do some shopping which was also close by.

Marriage Retreat

We always do a Marriage Retreat every year and this year the ladies were in charge. Everything went smoothly from booking to check out. We truly thank you for accommodating us on this year's marriage retreat. Definitely would recommend this property for any family vacation or getaways.

Christmas vacation

The house was cute and nicely set up. The beds and furniture were comfortable with enough room for our family of 7. However, it was not clean. The bedding was dirty and not changed from previous stay, and the floors and table were sticky.

Great location…okay house

This house is a fantastic house with a great location. We did find several issues with the house upon arrival, first of all being a drawer full of empty beer cans in the bunk bed room, a few dirty spoons in the utensil drawer, dusty areas, very flat pillows and pretty uncomfortable beds, a makeup mirror in the main upstairs bathroom that was shattered, and a piece of the queen bed that had broken off and was in the floor on arrival with staples sticking out. Day 2 of our stay the air went out and the house stayed around 78°. +I will say, upon notifying the property/rental manager of the beer can issue there was someone from the cleaning service at the house within 30 minutes to clean up the beer cans. The AC unit was fixed within about 3 hours of notifying the manager of the issues. +The property manager was very responsive to all of the issues that she was aware of. + the property is about 50 yards from beach access and 2 blocks from the pier.

Nice house, great location

We came for an adult getaway; unfortunately it was during the hurricane. We had no idea that the storm would hit at the same time as high tide, but it did. We lost power for a full day. The owner was gracious enough to give a partial refund even though we hadn’t taken out insurance protection. We will certainly rent this house again.
