Zweckmäßiges Hotel

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war bezogen auf das Zimmer für zwei Tage/Nächte sehr gut. Erholsam, komfortabel, ruhig. Das Servicepersonal hat kleinere Wünsche bezüglich des Zimmer-Inventars (z.B. Glastisch weg wegen eines Kleinkindes) sofort erfüllt. Unschön war allerdings, dass es Corona-bedingt kein frei zugängliches Frühstücksbuffet gab, sondern alles einzeln beim Kellner, der am Buffet stand, bestellt werden musste: jede Gurke, jede Käsescheibe, jeder Kaffee, jedes Obstschälchen. Das wäre normalerweise auch kein Problem. Aber als 3-köpfige Familie und mindestens zehn weiteren belegten Zimmern, deren Gäste meist zu r gleichen Zeit gefürhstückt haben dauert dies bei nur EINEM EINZIGEN Kellner (!!) für das Buffet, der gleichzeitig auch noch die Kaffeemaschine bedient UND serviert, einfach viel, viel zu lange! Mehr Personal muss her. Deswegen ein klarer Appel an die Hotelbetreiber - wenn Sie das Hotel weider aufsperren und Frühstück anbieten, dann bitte auch mit einem normalen Zeitaufand für Gäste. Teilweise musste man 15 Minuten warten, bis man sich noch einen Kaffee oder ein Brötchen am Buffet "bestellen" konnte. Das Personal selber aber, inklusive Rezeption, war tadellos freundlich und hat sein bestes gegeben! Großes Lob in diese Richtung.

Ótimo hotel

Apesar de ser bem antigo, suas instalações funcionam bem, principalmente o chuveiro, o WiFi é ótimo, os canais de TV funcionam bem. O café da manhã é ótimo, bem variado. Tive uma ótima estadia. Recomendo!

A good conveniently located hotel close to the train station. Communal areas classic is decore but rooms a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was included and a great array of food!

Just ok. It was probably very nice in its hay day but it’s a little run down now. However it was clean so no real complaints as we stayed only one night. Very convenient to the central train station and the Lufthansa bush shuttle to the airport. Also close to Augustina Keller Restaurant which I highly recommend.

The hotel is not too far from Munchen Hbf, there is lift in hotel, so it’s very easy to take all the stuff that you bring. The staff also very nice. I love to stay here!
