Clean enough, only to sleep, comfortable bed but pillows and paper thin. Ugly decor beyond belief. Reception desk understaffed yet working had to try make things happen. In between highways between town and the Messe exposition. Ok location

There is absolutely nothing in walking distance of this hotel other than (thankfully) an Italian restaurant next door. The hotel only serves breakfast, so only had dinners at the restaurant next door. Not even a store in walking distance. Paid a very high price for a low level of service, no amenities at all (not even shampoo) due to a trade show at the Messe. Was not worth the almost 300 euro per night!

Not such a great stay

No staff on reception so had 30min queue in the Ibis next door, very basic albeit clean room with no soap in the bathroom, had to use shower gel to wash hands. Breakfast was okay, quite basic, staff pleasant but not enough coffee for number of guests so I missed out on that and still cost €15 which was too expensive given what was available .

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Mattress was comfortable but wish there was a sheet or blanket instead of just a comforter. Also the pillows were garbage.

Needs attention in the room

It was a good experience, but considering the price, the place didn’t attend the expectations. The bathroom had a problem in the shower and there was some lights in the room that wasn’t working. The bed was comfortable and the staff was really friendly.

Quarto espaçoso, ótimo café da manhã

Ao chegarmos no quarto, não havia travesseiros e nem cobertas. Solicitei a gerência do hotel, que em alguns minutos providenciou o que faltava, porém estava com um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, nem conseguimos usar para dormir. Solicitei a troca no outro dia, fui atendido, mas ainda cheirava cigarro, bem menos que os anteriores, então conseguimos dormir com travesseiros na segunda noite. O quarto é muito bom, bem espaçoso comparado aos que estivemos nos dias anteriores e limpo. O café da manhã é excelente O único problema foi o cheiro de cigarro, pois nós dois somos alérgicos.

Good! I'll book again!

I was very happy with the quality and service of the hotel. The staff is very friendly! The room that we stayed in was clean and I liked that they had a Bluetooth speaker in the room! I think it's a very good comprimisse if you don't want to stay in the city center. The commute was 15min walking to the train station and after that another 15min to reach downtown. Very quick
