We wanted something close to the Olympic Stadium and this location was great. The area is very walkable with shopping and dining options nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We checked into this hotel due to the airport being closed for a day due to the snowstorm. The staff were very helpful and helped us get our room ready a bit earlier as we were quite tired travelling around. In addition, the staff helped me connect with my airline as we had to rebook our tickets. The hotel is a few minutes from U and S bahn, and there are so many options for food/grocery shopping.

we (as Family) checked in on 9th Nov 2023 location is good near public transportation rooms are a bit small my room phone was not working so I have to call services or lobby by mobile or go down by myself also the heater in the toilette was not working and they didn't manage to fix it during our stay cleanliness was not the best but also not dissatisfactory my overall rating for our stay is 6/10

The breakfast was excellent and had many options. The hotel can be updated - needing new beds and bed linens. Our room was non-smoking but definitively smelled of smoke. When we checked in, the staff member at the front desk was not welcoming and made mistakes on our bill which had to be corrected by a manager. Manger was great the next day.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great rooms, friendly staff and excellent value for money. There are restaurants nearby and an Italian supermarket right next door. The U-bahn station is a short walk. On-site parking.
