Staff at front desk were excellent. Room was small but well-appointed. But wi-fi was poor. Bed was comfy but pillows were not. Location was great for old town and Christmas markets. Two minutes walk to S-Bahn station and from there 40 minutes ride to the airport.

Clean room and awesome staff. The rooms are small and basic. Breakfast was pretty good. Everyone that we encountered at the hotel was helpful. Garage was a tight fit but a great addition.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. For the high price that was paid it is very basic. The rooms are dated, not well lit and the shower drainage was slow so it kept backing up so we had to shower with very low water pressure to avoid backup. I will say it is in a convenient and quiet location which is a short walk from main attractions.

First we were greeted by Dominic who was so friendly and helpful. I needed an extra room on arrival and I got the last one. He shared info about the area and gave us good directions. The room was adorable and the beds were amazing. The shower was hot and had great pressure. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was nice to have a parking garage so we didn't have to worry about finding parking.

Clean room. Staff was helpful. Our booking was supposed to include a parking refund, but they didn't have onsite parking. We were given free late checkout instead, which we took full advantage of. It gave us time to take a tour of the New City Hall before checking out.

The good: -Staff was extremely friendly: from front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff. Excellent service. -Room was big and clean, like a service apartment with small living room, bed room and 2 toilets. -Unbeatable location. Minutes walk to Marienplatz city square and Viktualienmarkt. 3 min walk to the S-bahn station. Bars and restaurants at doorstep (Hofbräuhaus is 3min walk) The bad: -Wifi was almost non-existent. Had 2 to choose from and both equally bad. -Hotel is old although the room looks modern. -Extremely small lift, cant fit more than 2 people at a time. It seems the lift cannot stop at all levels so if this is a concern you would need to request in advance. Overall great place and would stay again given the chance.
