The former medical practice is located just a stone's throw away from Theresienwiese, famous for Oktoberfest. On the 1st floor located and on 45m² the converted and renovated 2-bedroom apartment offers space for up to 8 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. A Smart TV with Zattoo Live TV function and a large dining table are also part of the furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. Each bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 double bed and a 90x200 single bed. The newly built bathroom has shower/WC. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the super location in the center of Munich.

Apartment was in a really great location. Close to multiple train stations which made getting around really easy.The apartment itself was tiny. While it could sleep 6 (potentially 8 with the sofa bed!) it was pretty cramped for a family of 4. Photos make it look bigger than it was. Kitchen was well equipped enough for simple meals. A tea towel would have been handy though. Overall decent enough but pretty pricey for what it was.

Location was great but for the price this property was very poor. It advertises for up to 8 people, we were a family of 4 (5 for 2 nights) and it was far too small. The beds were horribly uncomfortable- very thin soft mattresses and the pull out couch was dirty and very uncomfortable. There was very little storage and the small wardrobes were full of leads, extension cords and other household items- like the vacuum. There were no instructions about needing to turn on the water heater. Overall, I would not recommend this property. It was my first time using VRBO and I’m slow to use it again. Sorry for the poor review.

Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet aber deutlich besser und größer fotografiert im Inserat. Duschkopf war bei uns kaputt... und man darf halt nicht so ganz genau überall hinschauen. Wir kommen von der Ostsee, würden wir unseren Urlaubern so etwas anbieten, würde es Kritik hageln. Für München scheinbar ok... der Preis war tatsächlich unschlagbar. Vermutlich kann man da nicht mehr erwarten...
