Remote on tv didn’t work. Staff came down and said” don’t know it should work”. I asked her to try and find out and let me know. A hour later I called back and was told she left half a hour ago. Jacuzzi tub in room was dangerously hot. The cold water faucet just spinned round and round but I don’t think it did anything I hoped for a relaxing Christmas Eve night and it turned into a frustrating fiasco That jacuzzi is a law suit waiting to happen with someone getting hurt
