We travel to Cherry Hill on occasion to visit family in the area. Our hotel of choice has been the Holiday Inn due the location to family and proximity to Philadelphia. The hotel stay in past years was always pleasant, so we gave a rating in accordance with the accommodations. We have been here 2 times in 2025, and the same issue has surfaced. The first time, our room was not cleaned from the previous visitor. This time, we did not have our room cleaned or fresh towels provided during our 3 days stay. In truth, it is a nice hotel with a professional staff. We always receive an apology along with an effort to make it right. Unfortunately, there seems to be a disconnect within the operation because the promise to clean the room goes unfulfilled and the front desk clerk sheepishly shrugs to our mild request. We received a compensatory one day free, but we have never received an explanation for why it happens. This is sad because they have so much to offer within the facility and outside due to the location. I hope they correct this matter because we would like to give them one more try before finding another nearby hotel.
