Comfortable and clean room. The chaise lounge chair with side table was very comfortable. The only downside to the stay was the room was across from the elevator (a little noise until 9pm from other guests being loud waiting) and the night stand attached to the wall was loose so items slid off (Note: this damage was reported to front desk so they could repair before next reservation).

Room was clean and hotel was nice. Only issue was super loud neighbors screaming nonstop at 1am which woke my whole family up. After 30 minutes of their obnoxious yelling and shouting, i had to get up and make certain of which room it was coming from.. and then I notified the office who said they’d look into it in 15 minutes. I don’t know if the office ever checked because it lasted another very long while and even earplugs didn’t help. We finally got the kids back asleep at 3am, but the lack of sleep really ruined the next day for us since we had trip plans starting early morning. Wish the office would have at least room called them or something. I felt my issue wasn’t given proper importance. I’m only taking 1 star off since I know rude customers are hard to control and not sure if they tried contacting the neighboring room.

One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever seen in the Hilton brand. Yard long black hairs stick all over the base of the toilet and the carpets were all very worn and filthy. Elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Strong smell of pot in coming thru the man entry door. Horrible place! Staff, howeve, was very nice.

We were in town due to a death in the family, and had to book a hotel quickly and this one was 15 minutes driving distance to the funeral home. Trusting the brand name, it seemed like a logical choice. First, the good: Staff was super friendly. In fact, the staff was literally the best part of our stay. Bill and Kim were super friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is the norm: self-made waffles, coffee, tea, juices, etc. All good there. As far as our room, there was a refrigerator, microwave, all good. The room was reasonably clean, although I noticed some dirt buildup in areas that would require moving furniture to get to. Bed was good, the chaise was trash, however. As was the one in my family's room. Trash. The overall hotel needs a revamp. Our room had some damage done by previous customers and the patch job was just really bad. Overall design is weird: in our room, the shared bath/closet barn-style door is not overly easy to maneuver. The dual purpose is just poor design. Also needing a redesign is the location of the elevators. Which I know is impossible, but the elevators are located the complete length of the hotel away from check in...awful positioning for anyone with disabilities. Speaking of elevators, really think they need to be upgraded. The doors don't always close because of faulty sensors. Lights don't work on the board or on the wall. Not sure when the last inspection was but, can't imagine it was recent. Hotel needs some love.

Everything was very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice varieties of foods for breakfast which i appreciated. The only thing I would make better is that they should give people a 10 minute warning when they are closing yhe breakfasr area. Closing the breakfast area door while people was still preparing their food was really not professional and it wasn't courteous at all.but over all it was clean and quiet and I felt safe. Thank you.
