Such a lovely concept but mixed execution. The cabins are lovely, quiet, and nicely appointed. I wish there were common spaces to match … you know, like a place to hang out with morning coffee or sit outside for a happy hour where you get to know other guests. The common spaces are very limited … essentially reception and a small rustic restaurant. No liquor license (beer and wine only). Our first night we ordered dinner at about 615 and by 730 we had no food and the waiter told us he wasn’t sure of an ETA … if seemed like there was no plan to make it right and it all felt very odd, frankly. Given that we had a permit to hike Angel’s Landing the next day, leaving without any dinner but that’s what ultimately happened. So I need to say that our restaurant experience really tainted my view of ZMR.

Great stay at the Ranch. Kid and wife loved their horse rides and bison feeding was fun too. Lodge 156 perfect for the family and nice view of the landscape. Good location to explore Orderville hiking, Dunes State Park, and Zion NP. Will stay again when we make it back out to Zion.

The property was beautiful, the farm dogs don't bark at night very often which was good. The buffalo were really cool to see! The chickens and horses were so cute, we loved viewing the stars at night too. The only gripe I would have is how one of the front desk attendants' attitude did not make me think they really liked their job and felt pretty nonchalant when we checked in, but appreciated the promptness of maintenance! Especially so late in the evening. Would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin was perfect! It was spacious, clean and perfect for our 1 night stay. The best part was the view of the buffalo right outside our front porch. Dallas and Seth were great to work with during our check in & check out process. Kellie (I think) server in the restaurant was excellent, too. Everyone was personable, engaging and kind! The only concern was the bathroom. It was freezing because there is not a heater in there and the heat from the larger room doesn't seem to enter that area very well. Being from AZ we are not used to the 30 degree evening temperatures! We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you

Room was nice. TV did not have any channels. Tried using WiFi but did not work and when it did work was only for a minute or 2 at a time. Luckily we were pretty tired anyway but internet probably needs an upgrade to something a bit more powerful to reach all cabins. Restaurant was very good and food was delicious.
