Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten 3 Nächte mit Kind und Hund in der Achat Wohnung. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Es war alles sauber und einladend gestaltet. Das kleine Zimmer ist etwas klein und nur durch ein Schachtfenster belüftet. Dementsprechend etwas dunkel. Aber die Couch kann man ausziehen. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht

Zunächst standen wir vor Verschlossenen Türen! Der übermittelte Schlüssel Code stimmte nicht. Vermieter wohnt außerhalb und war nicht erreichbar. Nur durch das freundliche besondere Engagement einer Nachbarin konnten wir den Vermieter dann doch erreichen. Ihm war das offenbar bekannt dass der Kot manchmal verschlüsselt wird, er hat trotz dieser Kenntnis dennoch nicht dafür gesorgt dass wir in die Wohnung hinein kommen. Ohne die Nachbarin hätten wir uns ein anderes Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen müssen In dem Haus gibt es drei Ferienwohnungen, es war in keiner Weise gekennzeichnet welche Wohnung wir gemietet hatten. Es gibt keine Schilder oder Hinweise. Die Fotos erwecken einen schöneren Eindruck als es in der Realität der Fall ist. Das zweite Schlafzimmer finde ich unzumutbar, insbesondere das niedrige StockBett, kein Fenster (nur dunkler Lichtschacht) und ansonsten noch total voll gestellt ! Positiv fand ich die Größe der Ferienwohnung, die Lage ist schön wenn man die Natur liebt, und es ist im Prinzip auch alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wobei alles nicht wirklich praktisch ist.. Zur Hälfte des Preises wäre diese Wohnung wohl in Ordnung. Ich würde sie jedoch selbst geschenkt nicht mehr

Hier vedient jemand viel Geld mit einer schelcht ausgestatteten Wohnung

Die Wohnung soll angeblich 4 Personen beherbergen können, zu zweit ginge es, wenn die Betten nicht komplett durchgelegen wären und damit das Schlafen zum Leid machten. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist fensterlos! Leider keine Leselampen im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist auch für 2 Personen nicht vollständig ausgestattet, nicht einmal Teelöffel gab es. Die Regale wackeln allesamt und die Spülmaschine geht auch nur, wenn man weiß, wie man die wackelige Technik genau ausrichtet, sonst spült sie eben nicht. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig und wenn in der oberen Wohnung auch Menschen sind, ist das Wasser meist nur noch lauwarm.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit super Grundstück.. für Hunde.. und zum chillen. Ausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Aber für 2 Personen ausreichend... Gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super und es gab noch tolle Ausflugtipps. Das Haus ist sauber und lässt nicht viele Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ist Geschmackssache, aber funktioniert und ist sauber. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Etagenbett hat kein Fenster und ist sehr klein. Für uns war das kei Problem da wir nur zum Schlafen da waren. Wir haben die Zeit genossen und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Achat Wohnung im Untergeschoss bzw. Keller

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vorbildlich. Es war alles da was man braucht. Wlan war gut. Leider war das eine Zimmer ohne Sonnenlicht und wirklich nur mit ein Bett und Nachttisch schon voll. Das andere Zimmer war dagegen größer mit einem Fenster. Die Möbel aus dem Flur passen überhaupt nicht zum Rest der Wohnung - schade. Insgesamt könnte das Mobiliar erneuert bzw. aufgewertet werden. Dies gilt auch für das Geschirr und die Möbel im Außenbereich direkt vor der Wohnung. Das schönste an dieser Wohnung ist das es im heißen Sommer kühl ist, der Ess- und Wohnbereich schön gestaltet ist und die Fensterfront viel Licht rein lässt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und auch das übrige Anwesen ist super nett. Alles im allem eine angenehme Zeit wobei eben ein paar kleine aber wichtige Verbesserungen gemacht werden sollten. Evtl. Auch eine Dusche einbauen anstatt eine Duschbadewanne. Die Lage und die vielen Möglichkeiten die diese Wohnung bietet sind sehr gut. Beste Grüße Familie Ludwig.

Wir waren mit vier Personen vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten um ein schönes Wochenende zu verbringen. Außerdem diente sie uns als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das Umland.

We felt cheated on many levels

The pictures online are incorrect and later we found out: even deceiving. Upon arrival the disappointed started : there was only a small groundfloor, which felt like a basement. Online pictures are show of the TOTAL house, which consists of 2 apartments, so including the other (better) above apartment. Even reviews are of both appartements. We have been travelling a lot through online platforms like HomeAway, but we never experienced the likes of this. We found the interior to be very basic: the dinner table is so small, that even with our two small children we could hardly manage. The second ‘sleepingroom’ was a like a cupboard with no windows. We could hear the drainage of the apartment above loudly, everytime a toilet was flushed. We had been travelling a lot with our children, but this was the first time that they told us they were scared. All rooms feel very basic and makeshift. We felt tucked away in the basement. Also we found a dead mouse in the 2nd sleepingroom, that was dried out. It had been lying there dead for quite some time. But the most uncomfortable aspect was, that the whole house isn’t adequate for 2 seperate groups: the house is very VERY noisy. We could hear our neighbours talking literally, walking, having a shower, toilet, etc. The two apartments are ‘separated’ through a glass door that just isn’t enough to give a basic level of privacy. On top of that these guest were very loud during the night. At 4:30 a.m. I asked them to be a bit more quiet since we were sleeping. They very bluntly told us that they didn’t care and kept playing music until 7:30 in the morning. Altogether, this made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome, that we decided to leave the next day. After that we reached out to Klaus, who proved to be and an uncaring host. Right from the start we felt that he reacted very formal, without any sympathy for our situation. He implied that we lied about the dead mouse, denied the incorrect information on the HomeAway website and made a formal remark that the residents should be quiet after 22:00hrs. But as a host he never set the conditions for 2 groups staying together in a comfortable manner: no reception upon arrival and no instructions/ house rules beforehand. At home, we checked the description of the house again, now with new knowledge. We concluded that the information is incorrect and even deceiving. Pictures are incorrect and reviews are of the total house and misleading.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit weitläufigem Gartenidyll in ruhiger Lage mit angrenzenden Feldern und Wäldern

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Hunsrück sehr genossen, auch wenn wir das Gartenidyll aufgrund regnerischen Wetters nicht voll nutzen konnten. Aber zumindest für unseren Hund war es ein Paradies. Die Gegend bietet viele Ausflugsziele, die wir in einer Woche nur ansatzweise erkunden konnten. Die ebenerdige Ferienwohnung (Achat) ist geräumig und funktional, allerdings ist das 2. Schlafzimmer aufgrund des verdunkelten Lichtschachtes tatsächlich nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Jedoch gleichen dies die hellen und geräumigen anderen Räume aus. Für internetinteressierte Teenager ist schnelles WLAN verfügbar und sichert so deren Zufriedenheit - innerhalb des von ihren Vormündern erlaubten Zeitrahmens ;)... Aus Flachebenen entstammende Urlauber sollten sich übrigens genau überlegen, ob sie ihre Räder nicht lieber daheim lassen. Die bergige Landschaft mit zahlreichen saftigen Anstiegen kann so manchen Ragbegeisterten demotivieren... So haben wir die malerische Landschaft auf Schusters Rappen erkundet, natürlich längst nicht alles gesehen und uns deshalb vorgenommen, wieder zu kommen.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem herrlich großen Garten

Eine Ferienwohnung, die sehr viel Platz bietet und auch für Hundehalter gut geeignet ist. Auch wenn die Wohnung etwas hellhörig war haben wir uns dennoch sehr wohl in Haus und Garten gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
