The room and the onsite staff was fantastic, however there was an issue when we were getting ready to leave. We left in the morning to get breakfast and when we returned our room keys stopped working and we couldn't get into our room. There was no one at the front desk and there was a sign saying that it would be open at 7:30am, but it was already 9am. I called the customer service number and a lady answered. We called twice, once for the issue and another time for a follow up. In this time the housekeeper had arrived and was also locked out. She said she might be able to get us into our room and then successfully got the door open so I called back to let the lady know that the problem was solved but she was very rude. She told me the back up was on his way and then hung up before i could say the problem was solved.

121 hotel room smelled like mold, it didn’t feel very clean either. You can see traces of mold in the bathroom. Floor felt icky!! Lights from the cars hit you right in the eyes on the first floor of the blinds are open. Stingy hotel, didn’t wanna give 30 mins late checkout for free. Service was just okay. Could have been cleaner!

Turned on the shower and a lot of silver shavings came out of the faucet. Was given a room that was not renovated because I booked thru hotels.com, was advised that I could upgrade for a room with new carpet for an extra $10. Also the bathroom is very small. The receptionist was extremely helpful letting me know about local things to see.
