After calling to arrange the airport shuttle and confirming exactly which door to wait at, we ended up being taken to a completely different hotel with the exact same name that was nearby, but not ours. They really should make sure passengers get on the correct shuttle before boarding, because the front desk told me this happens at least three times a day and that it wasn’t my mistake. On top of that, it was really cold and the heating didn’t work in the room. Plus, the breakfast was very poor. Definitely, we are not going back!!

This hotel was clean and quiet which was great. Cleaning and kitchen staff was helpful and always greeted us with a smile which made my family and I feel welcomed, but the front desk staff needs to be retrained in customer service and cultural competency. I was also alerted by my bank that there was an overcharged on my credit card which I inquired about with the hotel, this turned out to be an error on their part that had to be voided. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service at this hotel, choose another hotel.

Front desk staff in morning…not friendly…offer me muffin mini yogourt apple. Im allergique to apple, give her back in a gentle way….did not offer any things…else. So no breakfast it was included….+ take shuttle.half way to airport turn around to go get other customer who was late for shuttle. So ad to rush for airplane ….why turn around when half way to the airport…made everybody in shuttle arrive 30 minutes later at airport. Decision taken by front desk again! So arrive airport ad to rush… no breakfasts , un pleasant driving because driver wanted to recuperate time l

It was very cold in the room: the heater didn't work properly and there were no blankets in the bed (only sheets and comforter). The staff (yesterday) wasn't really sympathetic and helpful. However, the mattress and the pillows were very comfortable.

Todo estaba perfecto, pero. Siempre hay un pero, justo ayer que habíamos caminado recorriendo la ciudad, de regreso al hotel, el ascensor no funcionó y teníamos que subir por las escaleras hasta el quinto piso, después de una hora nos avisaron que ya funcionaban.
