Housekeeping was aweful. Everyday there were issues with my room except my last day. I stayed a week. There was no bath gel. There was no soap or kleenex replacement. The bathroom counter was always dirty, floors were never mopped. There were a few days when my bed wasnt made. Coffee area neglected. I never felt that things were clean. I am So disappointed I would hope that a Hilton would do better. Reception staff were great❗️. I have stayed at this location before and i never experienced such problems with housekeeping. Waste of money

The room and staff were great! Loved the half price happy hour drinks. But both of my meals were underwhelming. Had to send my steak back as it was undercooked and the veggies were cold. At breakfast my egg dish was missing the fruit, the toast was dry and there was no butter, jam or salt and pepper.

Restaurant is good but size of drinks is very small, glass of wine is so expensive and quantity small, same thing with breakfast, it’s was included with the stay and breakfast portions good sized but coffee and orange juice quality bad and quantity small, asked for the orange juice refill because glas was test tube size and was told have to pay extra for that.

Very nice hotel BUT the pillows were incredibly soft and uncomfortable. When I requested firm pillows they sent up more of the same. I found it incredibly difficult and uncomfortable to sleep. Well below my expectations. Also for a pretty nice hotel why don’t you supply water bottle. Instead of providing water we need to buy it at hotel exorbitant rates. Cheaply done guys. Sullies your reputation as a class place to stay.

The staff was the best. Both reception and housekeeping were wonderful. The issue we faced was not with the business. We had a great room, it was clean and pretty. Reception helped me with some printing for work and housekeeping was super kind. The problem was that they did not have bed sheets that fit said bed. The first night, they didn't have any fitted sheet on the mattres,s and we called housekeeping, they came and tried to fix it and offer additional sheets but none were the size we needed to fit the mattress. We figured out a short-term solution for that night since it was late. The next day, i assumed new sheets would be found that actually fit the bed. Reception and Housekeeping were kind and apologetic and tried their best. They found a fitted sheet that they successfully stretched out over the mattress to the max, so much so that the mattress corners lifted. But this was our only option, so we were grateful for the effort. One other thing is the coffee machine in the room didn't work properly, it leaked over and put coffee grounds in the coffee cup (undrinkable) - I have a similar machine at home so I believe this wasn't user error. It was an alright stay, I would stay again, hopefully once they figure out the bedsheet scenario.
