Valet is very bad. The cars are park far away and something’s the valet people are not even there. The last night I stayed they change our sheets and they had mildew smell which was very hard for me to sleep since u am allergic. After I complained the receptionist told me is very hard to believe because they check everything so carful. Instead of being nice to me. Any reason for me to lie? My husband fell coming outside de jacuzzi cut and cut himself. The place is nice but is not well taking care of.

Carpet had some weird smells when arrived. Shower took forever to produce warm/hot water so we had to deal with cold showers Restaurant don’t write down orders and constantly forgot or provided wrong meals. For the type of rates they have we were not expecting this many incidents.
