The Hotel reception staff

I stayed at this Hotel by booking using the expedia application or Internet website. My complain is that the reception office staff do not have knowledge on this procedure. The guy told me that my was not completed, and that i will need to send them an email. I tried to show him the information in my cellphone "intenerary number and confirmation" and he never pay attention to it, like if he did not care. After, figuring on how to send him the email, he was not convince and doubt about my booking. it was until i got very mad, and told him that i really booked and received my intenanry, that he gave me the key. I think you guys to to train or have a better system in the reception.

Clean quiet. Comfy bed great shower fluffy towels. Just not close to much. Restaurants 4 to 5 blocks away There are some small taco stands near by. Good breakfast at hotel. In all good value for the money

Nice And cheap hotel

The best thing about the hotel Is Its breakfast, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing is the location. Wherever you want to go you have to take a taxi. The metro is really far if you want to walk.

Swimming pool and beds

The swimming pool look dirty and other guest had coolers with beer even do there was a sign prohibiting alcohol. The beds were very hard, the mattress are place on top of a wooden frame not a box spring. Everything else was acceptable, great staff and very clean.
