Construction on floors 4-5 the elevator sign said ended at 6. Complete lie -after I had to check out at 8:30 pm and had to move to the Embassy Suites next door to get some rest due to the hammering and drilling right next to our room. Eventually they changed to a dry erase board saying construction til 8- but yet another lie I have video of 8:30 drilling and hammering. Staff was not helpful I asked for a call from the manager the next day and nothing. Do not stay here if you want sleep. We had two rooms the other on a lower floor no noise but the ceiling leaked right by my head. Also the hot water in the shower had no limit - turned the wrong way it will burn you. That room was credited but not the first one and no manager called me like I asked.

This was a good 3-3.5 star hotel. Friendly staff, quiet property, easy parking, comfortable beds - except pillows too large and firm for me. They offered a nice hot breakfast. Nothing much to walk to, but In & Out next door. I guess you could walk to the beach, but you have to cross the busy highway. Nice ocean views from afar, and easy Uber to restaurants. Make sure and drive the 17 mile route! We would return.

The heater in the room was not working, the front desk sent a rude maintenance guy to look at it. He right away said “yup I told them it wasn’t working.” And proceeded to tell us to call front desk for a new room or more blankets. I called front desk & they offered a space heater, due to not having any available rooms. The maintenance guy was not happy having to go back to front desk & bring us heater. After almost 20 mins he returned with a small desk heater for the room. Spent the night in a cold room.

First room that was checked into was not cleaned for the next guess. There was a key card on the desk and bedding was not replaced. The bathroom was also dirty as well. We will switched rooms. The location is nice but hotel needs some updating and doesn’t represent Well as beds were really worn down.

The only reason I got this because of the spa.The door is jammed, and I can't get in the spa.And one lady told me 10:30pm the spot closes and the other one that change shifts and took her spot, said.Now ed closes at 9pm what the f*** I'll never come to this place again. Why waste my money? I could just pay an extra $50 and get a top of the line hotel.This place sucks
