Private Dock: Ideal for boating and swimming! The dock provides direct access to the calm waters, perfect for parking your boat and taking refreshing swims.

Spacious Living Areas: The living room is designed for comfort with large cozy couches, fireplaces, and a big-screen TV, making it perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the lake.

Well-Appointed Bedrooms: This home features four comfortable bedrooms and six beds, including one king, three queens, and a trundle bed (two singles, best for children). Please note: Franklin County regulations limit occupancy to six adults and up to four children under the age of three for four-bedroom, three-bathroom short-term rentals.

Enjoy swimming or bringing your own boat to dock. While boats and water floatation items are not provided for insurance reasons, we do offer lifejackets for your safety. The only restricted areas are the locked owner`s closets and the garage, which are off-limits.

What a wonderful home! It was exactly as described and met all our needs perfectly. Clean and well stocked with a beautiful view and an easy walk to and from the dock in a calm, secluded cove. We had a great time fishing, swimming, and floating in the lake enjoying the deer that came to visit every day. Loved having our coffee and tea on the screened porch every morning. Hopefully we can stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at this property. The house was beautiful. The decor inside had a beachy feel even though it’s at the lake. I loved that. The back yard covered dock was perfect for relaxing, swimming and fishing. We rented a pontoon boat and 2 jet skiis from the marina that was very close.
