Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Booked and paid through expedia, made 6 calls to the host without a response while waiting outside the apartments..An hour later, the host called me to say the apartment is not managed by themselves and that I should contact Expedia for a refund...Taken me a few days for my money to be returned. Expedia should ban such hosts that are fraudulent ...This is typical behaviour of hosts in Mombasa who are ruining the tourism industry in the area..
