This place is amazing! So much history & character. The room was beautiful! The historic homes used for the rooms were a fun surprise. The breakfast is at a precious restaurant right next door! We will definitely stay again!!

Beautiful and wonderful room decor. I will recommend and return. I would highly recommend a power strip for guests to plugin phones and watches. I had to crawl under coffee table to find an outlet and then another outlet. Also, please put free breakfast time on card. We missed breakfast by 15 minutes and was not accommodated at Bistro restaurant. Very disappointed.

We love staying here when we are in Mobile. We have stayed here pre cruise. They offer parking while you are on the cruise, which is a nice bonus. The breakfast is at a small bistro on site. The food there is delicious. We had dinner and breakfast there. I highly recommend staying here any time you visit Mobile or just passing through.

Beautiful historic area with brick sidewalks and streets. The property has multiple buildings. We stayed in the main building, a historic old mansion. Everything is beautifully decorated and cozy. There is coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby. Each room is unique, we stayed in the David room. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfy and the linens soft. They have a kcup machine, but no refrigerator. Its a block away from Fort Conde and walking distance to downtown, the convention center and the Perdido Queen Cruises. We just loved this property and will definitely stay there again!

Hotel charged twice when booked hotel. They won't credit the from a cancelation with a separate reservation number. Even though it states no penalty if canceled by a certain date. Poor customer service.

Beautiful five star building operating with staff about what one would expect from a motel six. The people were nice, they just did not appear trained in hospitality. Shouting up and down the hallways in the morning at each other. Finishing their own private conversations while a guest is waiting to talk to them. Leaving out beautiful envelopes requesting tips while leaving dust bunnies and used Kleenex under the bed.

The room was very comfortable, and the jetted tub was amazing after a full day of sightseeing. The only issue I had was that the photos of the room at booking showed a clawfoot tub, which is not the tub in the David room. That being said, the jetted tub was probably better overall. The bed was a little soft for my taste and transferred movement too well. It was also waist high, which was a little hard for someone 5'2" to climb up into. The booking also doesn't have that the room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator, which made me regret not breaking out our luggage into 2 smaller suitcases. Overall, it's an amazing hotel, I would just ask for a little clarity on which room is being booked and the accessibility issues. Definitely recommend the breakfast that is included. The bistro staff are top notch friendly and the food is great. After using our Keurig at home for so long, we had forgotten how good real coffee is, and we probably overcaffeinated ourselves as a result :D
