Location was excellent

Very pleased with set up cleanliness and location. Beds and pillows were comfortable! Need a few more mirrors and maybe a few updated outlets.

Weekend stay

This house was perfect for a weekend stay to visit our daughter who is a student at the University of South Alabama. The house was very clean. It was close to the campus, restaurants and shopping. There was a fenced in area for the dog. We had a great time!

Good enough!

Mostly suited our needs. Kitchen supplies are basic, mattresses are average to worn out, some of the molding on the floor and cabinetry is coming apart. You can’t shut the door to a bed room because of a bed blocking it.

Reunion trip

This house was perfect for us and in an excellent location. We encountered a issue and our host went into action to take care of it and us. We would like to thank you and we all know that it was something that could have happened to anyone. Thank you for taking care of us the other house was comfortable and we all sleep well.

Nice but lacking

Overall the property is very clean and accurately portrayed. It is extremely convenient and close to the University of South Alabama so good for games or graduation. However, there are no dressers whatsoever in any of the bedrooms so you’re living out of your suitcases. The receptacles in the bedrooms do not have grounded plugs so if you don’t have an adapter you’re not charging your phones. But the biggest negative I give on this is the property owner was very unresponsive- especially compared to all previous owners we have stayed with. Fortunately, we did not have any serious problems.

Nice place but a couple of issues

Overall it was very nice and we enjoyed it. However there are a few things that should be addressed.The dishwasher was broken, no ice or filtered water from fridge. The fridge door was hard to open because the fridge was too tight in the space. Could not close 1st bedroom door on the left; the mattress stuck out. Back bathroom sink would not drain. And lastly the front door pad quit working. I believe the battery died.

Mostly good

Nice enough to say overall experience was good. Ice maker doesnt work. No ice trays. Door keypad dead but was able to get in quiclly with a phone call. Yard was awful. Limbs and leaves covering driveway and patio furniture. Provided coffee for 6 cups. Everything was was clean except master bathroom rug. Bring a stopper if you want to use the bath tub. Decorating screams "what we found at thrift store". Kitchen French doors uses a live, laugh, love shower curtain cut in half with a kitchen knife. Check out at 10am with no extension allowed was annoying but it's in the description. Beds were comfortable. King size bed should be in the master instead of the hall bedroom. Watch out for the chandelier hanging in the walk area. It needs to raised or have a table under it. Anyone over 5'7" needa to duck! Great location close to U of S Al. and tennis center. Tons of water pressure. Lots of space to spread out.
