Condo was well stocked. The property, pools and group area were beautiful. There was an air mattress but no pump and the filter to the private hot tub was completely plugged but we didn’t mind. Had a great time.

This place was simply amazing. Yes, it is a little on the outside of Mohab, but if you are looking for a spacious place, great and impecable furniture and utilities. We had a wonderful time visiting Mohab. During the day, the wonders of Nature, and at night, the peace and comfort of this place.

We loved the space. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cute. The kitchen was really well stocked, including an electric griddle and crock pot. The beds were comfortable, including the couch bed. We loved the pool and the upstairs area in the pool area with the gas grill and heaters. They were quick to respond with questions about the pool code and ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. My kids are already asking when we can come back!

Good spot for a quick get away

Was a perfect place for a boys trail riding weekend. The hot tube was just what the doctor ordered after a long day on the trail.

Moab spring break

We had a wonderful stay at this Sage Creek Unit. This is our second year going to Moab and Sage Creek and it cannot be beat. The pool is so wonderful for all after a day of recreating and the condos are spacious, well thoughout and beautiful. We will be back!

Overall great experience

The place is lovely, and we especially enjoyed the pool. One of the public hot tubs was closed, which was a bummer, but having the private hot tub was very nice. Only real drawback about our unit was the oven being broken, which we didn’t know until we tried to cook our dinner in it.

Excellent for Vacation

The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked with linens and cookware. The pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus and contributed to the resort-style feel. It is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Moab, in a quiet neighborhood. This condo is pet friendly and was perfect for my family's first vacation to Utah.

Great stay!!!

We had a quick weekend getaway for a Bachelorette Party! This was a great place for the five of us girls to gather in between pool time, get ready for dinners, and relax between activities. We had a great time at our stay. I appreciate the communication level I received from Utah's Best as well. 🤗

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo in Moab over Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made preparing our holiday meal a breeze, and the cozy living area was ideal for gathering with family after a day of exploring.The location couldn’t be better—close to Arches and Canyonlands, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Waking up to the red rock views each morning was breathtaking. The hosts clearly put thought into every detail, from the comfortable beds to the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming.The only complaint was that the curtains in the master bedroom were not blackout curtains and allowed a lot of light in to the room while sleeping. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Moab. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

Perfect place for a getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family. The space was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The pool/hot tub was awesome after a day of riding trails and the kids loved it!! Our unit also had a hot tub on the patio however we could not get it to heat up - I didn't communicate this with the property manager because we were out on the trails all day & didn't want to message late at night but other than that small thing our stay was everything we needed & wanted!

Pros: The pool area is awesome. The unit is spacious and one of the nicest places to stay in Moab. Comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms. Nice enough to stay again and would recommend. Cons: The communication and messaging process is lacking, as well as receiving the correct code for check in. The stove and oven didn’t always work which is unfortunate for a cooking family. The primary bathroom flooded and didn’t get maintenance in for hours. From the discoloration of the baseboards it’s clear this isn’t the first time the unit has flooded. There are only 4 drinking glasses and there was broken glass in the dishwasher on our arrival. I think this property has potential to be great if a few details were ironed out. Overall a decent stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally our experience was good. The condo was nice and as-pictured. If you are of average height, the kitchen will be difficult as cabinets are significantly higher than standard and kitchen lacks sufficient dishes for the # of guests the condo can accommodate. Stove was difficult to use and we were never able to get the oven to turn on. Beds are sink-in soft so if you need firm, this is not for you. Living room furniture was a bit worn. The pool was great! Management company provided us with the wrong door access code (on-site mngt thankfully helped us), wrong wi-fi password, and check-out instructions an hour after we had left the property.

Wish I could have stayed but was devastated by a hurricane and I can’t get my money refunded

We didn’t get to stay in this resort because we got hit with a cat 5 hurricane. I called to cancel October 1st and was told to make a claim. I got the travelers insurance and I made a claim and haven’t heard anything. Utah best said they would not refund money. They tell me to contact vrbo. I have tried to call for days multiple times a day. I wait 15/20 min and then the call just hangs up. I rented 2 of these units. Unfortunately owned by different people. The other unit canceled and refunded me no Questions asked and this unit made me go make s claim which the company made me upload pictures to prove I was in a hurricane then I don’t hear anything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The condo is lovely, and the setting is gorgeous. The pool is awesome. The kitchen is well stocked. Towels and bedding were adequate. Decent amount of toiletries and soap. The beds were mostly very comfortable, but the sofa bed is horrendous. We literally preferred sleeping on the floor. We tried to contact them about maybe an air mattress or some other remedy, but they never returned our messages. We did not try to find someone on site as we were out and about, but I hear they do have someone there. It was a short stay, so we managed. I think it might be better to book directly with them rather than air bnb.The listing says up to 12, but I think that would be tight. We had 10, and it was fine. But they do not have any extra blankets and pillows or extra towels. And there were only 7 chairs/stools in the kitchen, though there would be room for more at the table.Overall, it was great. Really beautiful and very clean. We had a nice time. We could even walk down the block away from the street lights and star gaze. And the pool is seriously awesome.

Pool area was well kept and a great bonus at the end of a day of hiking or riding. Parking lot was well laid out for trucks with trailers. The condo has a very low walkability rating to be able to walk to restaurants, so plan on disconnecting your trailer and locking it up to go into town for dinner.

Sage creek fun

Loved this place the hot tubs were so relaxing. Door code they sent us never worked but luckily sliding door was unlocked. Great place to stay!
