Staff were so kind and glad we spent our Christmas with them . I felt very welcomed and the place was warmly and beautifully decorated for the holidays. We were in town to visit family and this place provided a nice restful place to come back to each evening. This might be the last Christmas I could visit my dad so thank you for a refuge while we visited.

The room was amazing, I wasn’t thrilled about being blocked in by fire and rescue for 45mins and being really late. And the prices for soda and chips was expensive but other than that our stay was nice. Suggestion would be more choices for breakfast.

The pool was so cold kids could not go in it for more than a few minutes. There were 15 children in the “hot” tub instead, which made sense once I realized the “hot” tub was at 84 degrees. Adults that were not swimming were wearing coats (the air was very cold also). I mentioned this as a was leaving and by way of making it right, they took off all the incidentals - including parking. That’s when I found out they even had charged me for parking. There isn’t a garage, attendant, security, or limited parking - no reason to charge for it ESPECIALLY without telling customers.

Pool was freezing, hot tub lukewarm and dirty, kids using it as a pool which was understandable given the temperature of the pool plus the air temperature was so cold adults wearing their winter coats while they sat and watched kids complain and freeze in the cold water. Breakfast was mediocre sausage and biscuits but no gravy. No pancakes or waffles. Cereal choices not kid friendly. We stay here specifically because of the water park for the kids. You need to invest more money into your heating system. By the waytgehallwdys we’re freezing too. The hotel was quiet at nighttime and the room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived at breakfast 3 minutes past 9:00 and everything was put away and roped off. We rented 3 rooms one of the had not been cleaned . The man working the front desk was very helpful thank goodness
