We liked the rooms, and it is a very quiet area. What is not told anywhere that I could see on Orbitz when booking the room is that there is a $10 a night fee for parking. I don’t know why, as other hotels in the immediate area do not have that to my knowledge. So it was an unpleasant surprise. For that reason, I am giving it a 4 star rating and not a 5, even if everything else is.

Our heat was broken in r room..45 degrees outside! The sink drain went down very slow. Breakfast was good. Room overlooked roof. Not great! Not sure if we would stay again

The pet fee is $75 PER pet! I paid $58 for the room to get there and find out I would have to pay $150 in order to have my pets in the room. This hotel should not be able to list themselves as “pet friendly” if the price is so steep that we are slapped with that enormous fee at check in. We travel everywhere with our pets and have never paid over $50 TOTAL for a pet fee.

Unimpressed. Lack of compensation.

First off, I booked and paid for a king room with a full sized pullout. My husband and I and our three kids showed up to a king bed and had to make our kids a bed on the floor. That was the the only offer I was given. Then at bedtime we found out our room didn’t have an HVAC system and we wouldn’t have heat. There was a space heater in the room so they were aware of the problem. Once again I had three children in the room and two were sleeping on the floor with no heat. We were given an extra blanket for that. Then there was hardly any hot water the morning of checkout. I’m not usually one to complain but for the money I paid I expect better
