I loved this property! It felt like we walked into a brand new suite. Stayed for 3 nights but will stay there more often if I get the chance. Everything was so clean and they had an awesome laundry room! Definitely stay here if you have the chance!

Then the front desk attendant informed me, "I see your reservation, but we have no availability." She explained that they had overbooked and since we booked our room through Expedia, they would not accommodate us.

They advertise the property as an extended stay type facility. But there are no dishes, pots and pans or eating utensils furnished with the rental. It’s like the facility is complete as far as construction and furnishings go, but hasn’t been outfitted for its intended purpose. I will not stay there again.

Awful place. Do not recommend. Arrived to find that despite having a confirmed and paid for reservation, they did not have a room for us. We were told they overbooked the hotel, leaving us to scramble to find a hotel, which we were lucky to find one room at a local motel for twice as expensive. Do not recommend - steer clear.

It would have been nice to have a pan to cook with. paper towels would help. There should be a small dust pan and broom as the floor got pretty messy toward the end of the stay. We were told to take our own trash out to the dumpster. I don't think so.

The first room we checked into had a putrid smell like dirty socks and something else unidentifiable. The cleaning staff had to have known as the window was wide open and fan blowing. The second room we were put in had hairballs in the shower and under the sink area like it hadnt been vacuumed.
