The check in process was not great because the rooms hadn’t been marked as clean so we couldn’t self check-in. Then the on staff person had to go physically check rooms to find one that was clean and ready. Cael was very helpful and nice tho and apologized for the inconvenience. Bed always great, room clean, bathroom was nice. Rooms were pretty noisy tho. Not much for soundproofing. I would expect the usual soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion in the bathroom for the price however only a bar of soap and shampoo were provided. Overall a decent stay.

New and clean. Comfortable bed. Need full length mirror somewhere if you are “living” there for a long stay. BUT casino workers leave their kids there (cause it’s super safe) for the night alone and it’s ridiculous how they run free horsing around and the desk clerk leaves at 7pm- so call the police, or lose sleep until 2 am!

It’s a great quick night away and rooms nice and comfy for being new. TV and Wifi did not work and no smart TV so we couldn’t watch TV and it was very noisy being on bottom floor. very reasonable, very reasonably priced considering the accommodations.

I’m torn on exactly how to rate this fairly new place in Missoula. The room, staff and service from the facility were great. Two of the three nights there was a lot of noise, parties both nights on our floor. Seems there is nearly no sound insulation at all. This made getting a decent nights sleep nearly impossible. On the final night we had an early flight to catch and there was almost a fight in the hallway from some of the parties as we left. As we checked in late our first night we had to go through a cloud of pot smoke to get into the building. I would not suggest this for anyone with a family. That being said the property and the staff were friendly and helpful, but they do not have anyone over night and I think this could be an issue going forward.

Very basic but also very effective and well priced for a stop over. Large well appointed room with kitchen area. Two major negatives though. 1. There are no blockout blinds, only a Venetian so no sleeping in and 2. Rooms are extremely noisy with hard floors are a lot of moveable furniture meaning anyone simply walking in the room above will have you searching for ear plugs.

The picture showed a couch in our room, which our third person was going to sleep on . when we got there, there was no couch. They had no rollaway bed and no solution to offer us. They would not give us a refund so we could find a different place to stay and ended up having to rent a second room. The person at the front desk says she normally cleans rooms and has no idea what to do. It was 9 PM and there was no manager on site.

Seems like a brand new property. You don’t have to speak to anyone to check-in. Super fast and efficient. Now when I travel I wouldn’t mind staying in these types of hotels. The room was very spacious and there were updated washer and dryers. Food options are hefty it’s in a busy area. I would recommend and stay again.

The room was comfortable. Had to ask for a hair dryer, which was supplied by the front desk. Lots of people who live here, so the atmosphere kind of lent to being a bit of an intruder. I liked that laundry was available, although we didn’t use it.

I was unaware of what Extended Liv away really meant and just booked a one night stay on my journey. Couldn’t figure out why no info in room re calling operator, etc. I discovered what Liv Away meant the next morning when checking out. The room was wonderful, very clean and comfy. Great stop!

Great new extended stay hotel

I really liked this extended stay!! It was brand new and everything in the room still looked and smelled new! I could smell the new wooden cabinets and such. Being it was new and hadn’t been beat up yet, it was very nice. I liked how simple yet practical it was. I loved the big fridge and sink. I loved the tub as it was big enough to take a bath in for an adult female. I had sore legs from hiking so the bath was nice. Not something I usually do at hotels but in this case I did because the tub was so big and clean. The ceilings were high making it feel very open. The walls were much thicker than hotels because I couldn’t hear my neighbors or other doors slam. I really appreciated how quiet it was. I loved the self check in process. That was super slick and easy to use. My only complaint was it didn’t have a black out curtain. It only has blinds. I wanted to go to bed early but couldn’t get the room very dark due to no curtains. Otherwise, it was fantastic and very affordable. I’d definitely stay here again if it stays in nice condition.
