The staff was WONDERFUL. But it doesnt change the fact that since i booked through Hotels.com they sold all their king rooms on their website so my king room with a balcony was changed to a double room, like 2 double beds. They said due to the fact I booked 3rd party they downgraded us. So on Valentines Day my husband and I slept in separate beds. Talk about ruining Valentines day!!! Dead stink bugs in the windows sill and on the floor. They say they're going to issue points to offset all of it but does that really fix a ruined Valentines Day?
