DETAILS: 209 Norwood Drive is a Gulf-view 18-bedroom, 18.5-bathroom Miramar Beach home that sleeps 44. Guests will love the private pool, game room, theater room, elevator, and being steps away from public beach access. Perfect for corporate retreats, family reunions, and wedding parties.

There is plenty of space to spread out in this 4-story home! Guests staying on the first floor may select between 5 bedrooms and enjoy easy access to the fenced backyard. All bedrooms have TVs and enjoy private bathrooms, except for 1 bathroom that opens to the pool area. Guests will love relaxing outside by a large pool with an attached sitting spa. Adirondack chairs, a bench swing, an outdoor table and gas grill surround the pool.

On the second floor, a huge kitchen, living area, 4 bedrooms, and balconies provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. All bedrooms on this level feature TVs, king beds, and private bathrooms—2 feature pool views from a private balcony! In the kitchen, marble flooring, granite countertops, and multiple food prep areas make cooking simple for groups. Premium appliances, 4 refrigerators, and plenty of pantries to store snacks and beverages. A long dining table seats 26, with additional seating in the kitchen bar area. Off the kitchen is a beautiful living area with 2 leather sofas facing a large TV and gas fireplace.

On the third floor, guests will discover a large laundry area, 7 bedrooms, and gorgeous Gulf views! All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

The fourth floor was designed with both comfort and fun in mind. There are 2 incredible primary bedrooms, a theater room, a game room, and jaw-dropping views of the Gulf. A primary bedroom has a private balcony with beach views, while a second primary bedroom features a luxurious sitting area with a gas fireplace. The private bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower and a separate soaking tub. Overcast day? Guests can stretch out on 6 leather sofas and watch a movie on the big screen in the theater room! An adjacent game room has an oversized foosball table, billiards table, card table, and 4 Smart TVs. Enjoy a sunset drink from the wet bar, featuring a wine cooler and seating for 4.

There is space for up to 8 cars in the driveway, with beach access easy to reach. Walk down Norwood Drive and turn left to reach the Norwood Drive public beach access. With this incredible location and amenities, 209 Norwood Drive will be booked quickly!

Very light and bright, very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The bikes were a nice touch (but every single helmet is an XL so only fit a few of us). Location is great.WiFi didn’t work, pool/spa heater didn’t work, light fixtures were falling down, the communications with the property manager were timely… but not helpful. It took days to get issues resolved and required my constant attention which is not what I look for on vacation!!

The house was perfect for our family reunion. The elevator was great for the oldest family members. Location to the beach was ideal. The pool was great, especially for the little ones on the 2 days that the water was really rough. Would do it again in a minute.

Beautiful home & great location

Our family had such a wonderful time that we rented this house in June 2026. Some rooms are small but only 1 family member had to switch rooms. My family enjoyed the adult game room with pool table, large foosball table, and poker/craps table with chips. The elevator was a big help for 2 family members. Each floor has a thermostat and was very comfortable at 68-70 degrees.**Only issue was the 4th floor AC broke 2 days before we left and it was not repaired. The 4th floor is very warm without the AC. I took off 1 star because of this.No pool entrance from the house which is a safety feature for young children. Entrance is on the side of the house. Pool area is large with some shade from the house in the afternoon. Entrance to the beach is through the pool area. There is a boardwalk to the beach. It would be helpful if the room numbers were on the door or wall. Currently the numbers are on the door hinge and can only be seen if you open the door. Also, kitchen is large, well equipped and everything works.

Beautiful Property

Twentytwo of. us stayed here for a family reunion in May and the home was amazing. The game room on the fourth floor was super fun. The pool was awesome and heated. The beach access was just a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen was great for everyone being able to eat together. Everyone got their own king sized bed and private bathroom. We would definitely stay here again. There was a big rain and the roof leaked in three of the bedrooms, but we reached the management company rite away and they sent someone out to access the situation.

Perfect Location

We had our two families staying together for our beach wedding and this was the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, pool area with grill and coolers, and PLENTY of room for everyone. This was a perfect location close to grocery stores and other amenities but tucked back in a quiet side street! Would recommend for larger groups looking for a place to stay together but with plenty of space to not be on top of one another.

This home is extremely accommodating. Any appliance or dish you might need, along with a large ice maker. Rooms were great and was very comfortable for 23 people. The beach was beautiful with gradual entrance to the ocean. We were very close to stores for anything we needed. Highly highly recommend this house.

Huge 18 bedroom house with everything you need. Commercial ice machine, three dishwashers, three ovens, two sinks and a kitchen that seats about 35 people. A game room with pool table and Foosball and a bar. 26 televisions. A great place!

The pictures were an understatement to the space itself. The property itself was beautiful and very accommodating. Lovely views of the beach an amazing theater and game room. Very classy space and offers essential items needed in the kitchen. The family loved the space and location is within a block of the outlets and restaurants. A 24 hour CVS is within walking distance.
