We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was one of the best parts — it was so conveniently close to the beach, making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day with kids and beach gear. The included beach chair service was such a nice bonus and made our beach days even more relaxing.The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We also really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was during our stay. Even when a couple small issues came up, they communicated quickly and handled everything promptly, which made a huge difference. Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

This house is amazing. Such a beautiful view of the beach. Easy access to beach. We loved the pool and hot tub. So nice. Kitchen is so well stocked and 2 dishwashers was really convenient. Two washers and dryers also so convenient. Beach chair service set up every day was also amazing 4 bikes were also so fun to have. We loved this house. Really nice house. Destin Dreamers y’all were so amazing to deal with. Quick response time thanks for everything. This was truly a dream vacation for us. .

This home was even more beautiful and convenient than we imagined! It has so many amazing amenities, from the ice makers and fridges on every floor to the chair and umbrella service out the back door each day. It was a dream location for our wedding and all the activities surrounding it! 10 stars out of 5, just wonderful in every way: pool, hot tub, beach views, cleanliness and the communications before and during while planning the wedding 1000 miles away was very appreciated! Thank you!!

House was perfect for our family of 13. The kids loved having a heated pool during a cool spring break. A slight issue of no hot water was addressed and resolved even on a Sunday. Best part was being right on the beach. Highly recommend to anyone going to Destin.

The house was very nice! The description matched exactly how the house was when we arrived. Being able to walk out to the beach easily was great for families. The pool was great for kids. We had a couple problems but the management team addressed them. Only negative was the noise from the other two homes on the side as you could hear inside the home. The property manager mentioned there is a noise ordnance on the homes but that seemed not to apply to the other homes. Overall a nice stay.

Overall it is a beautiful property. The main grill wasn’t working which was a bummer. Also, not being able to turn the A/C below 70 made the bedrooms way too hot during the night.

Perfect Location

We had high expectations and the property exceeded them all. The space was beyond adequate and amenities really topped it off. This will be our first choice when we return to the area. The Xplorie tickets were an unexpected extra.

The Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved our stay here! The team is so communicative, and were so helpful throughout the whole process. The house is breathtaking, and right on the beach. The house is close to tons of amenities and you can even take the golf cart to dinner! I highly highly recommend this place!! :)

Nice place

Beautiful house, well stocked kitchen, loads of towels. A lot of room. Neither sliding glass door locked. Upstairs dryer did not work and washer caused clothes to smell. Upstairs ice maker did not work. Could not be fixed while we were there. Upstairs hot water heater also went out. Don’t know if it was fixed or jerryrigged while we were there. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful but Issues that took away our Time

The location and views were breathtakingly beautiful. If we were to rate based solely on the scenery and the house, it would easily earn a perfect 10 out of 10. However, our overall experience was marred by several issues. I did provide management with an opportunity to address these concerns, but their offer of a slight discount on a future stay failed to impress. Among the challenges we encountered were: the absence of a welcome book outlining house essentials, an outdoor grill that remained non-functional until the final day, a malfunctioning upper dryer, washer errors occurring almost daily, arrival with unclean towels, blenders without blades, a scarcity of kitchen linens, no rugs to keep sand at bay, and TV connectivity troubles in the king suite. While there were more difficulties, these particular issues significantly overshadowed our trip. Dealing with repairs, explaining the problems, and the time spent on the phone all detracted from our enjoyment. Given the property's price and our family's expectations, we had anticipated a superior experience.

Beautiful house and great location

The house was wonderful and the management team was excellent. Communication was also excellent. Had one small issue that we found when we arrived and they sent someone out immeadiatly and took care of it. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Amazing House and Views

WOW! Beautiful house and views. We enjoyed the pool and being able to step right onto the beach. House is in great condition and we loved kitchen. Good family memories. Plenty of room. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Trip!

The house was beautiful and the beach were beautiful, as always. Great house for a large group. We had 22 people ranging from 2 years old to 86 years old and the accommodations were perfect for our group. Only issues we had or mechanical in nature, and were attended to promptly.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely turn key experience. The management group was extremely attentive and easy to work with. The house is amazing and as advertised. We had 16 guys and everyone had their own bed and plenty of bathrooms. Having so many kind suits was also great. Grill and all appliances worked great and we had the pool heated and it was nice and toasty. Highly recommend.
