Room smelled musty. My granddaughter slept on the sofa bed, no blankets, just sheets. My son wemt to ask for a blanket. The guy at the counter gave him a thin sheet blanket saying thats all that was avaliable. She had to sleep in her sweatpants and sweatshirt to stay warm. King size bed had the lumpiest pillows, seemed very worn out. Sorry we will not stay here again.

When it rained it leaked in from the window sill, had a musty smell, The pictures showed a jetted tub as part of the suite but upon arrival and check in no jetted tub was told pictures were incorrect and that they were booked up so either keep it or have nothing, hot tub in pool area broken, bed had only 3 pillows asked for 2 more was told a chsrgevwould be added, no clean towels provided after our 2 night stay

The smell is atrocious, from the lobby to the room - like there's mold growing in the carpet and everyone smokes pot. Just sickly smelling. The staff is very pleasant, though - especially Tim and the dark haired gal manning the breakfast!

The hotel smelled of old cigarettes and musty smells when we walked in to go to our room. Our room felt damp/moist and smelled musty. The faucet in the tub leaked and dripped non stop. The bathroom door was freshly repainted but never sanded, so it kept sticking when we would need to open or close the bathroom... rather annoying and loud.The air conditioner was noisy. Overall I'd rather not stay there again. Although the breakfast had a decent selection.

Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and personable and the jacuzzi suite was huge and comfortable. The hot tub at the hotel was out of service during our stay which was a bummer because we wanted to hang out in there for a bit with our friends after the event we attended.

The hotel and our room did not smell clean. One of beds didn't have a comforter on it, just sheets. I had to ask for one. The bathroom only had 2 small bath towels in it. The beds were not made up each day. The carpet in our room was dirty. Our socks got dirty from the carpet. The outside parking area was dirty with garbage along the fence. The hot tub was out of service. There were no chairs in the pool area for sitting. The pool towels looked like face towels. The only area that seemed somewhat clean was the breakfast area.
