Room was clean. Handicap accessible room. Bathroom set up was excellent with grab bars, etc. The room itself is very tight to get a wheelchair in and in between the beds to get my husband in. You have no room to turn around, have to back in and pull from front of chair to get out by bed, TV area. We had a 2 queen bed room, perhaps the King rooms are roomier with only one bed to navigate around.

Good place but needs a little help

Shower leaked, breakfast was old but waffles were good. Room carpet had lots of burn marks/needed cleaned. We were one of few people there and we got a room with a bad view- facing another building and next to the elevator/stairs. Also the phone didn’t work. Overall fine stay as it was quiet but service was lacking and immentities needed updated/repaired. Hot tub out of order still.

The hot tub was broken and they didn’t say anything about it at check in. The whole hotel smelled awful. I almost requested to leave but it was 7:30 at night.

Down side is no hot tub, been down for over a year and I noticed the first floor hallway smelt like cigarette smoke. Has a nice snack area to purchase and great breakfast options, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean, bed was comfortable. I would have liked a TV channel guide. I had a room with jetted tub. It would be helpful to have a grab bar on one side. Also would be helpful to have some tile floor around jetted tub. The carpet had a musty smell. Should be replaced. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
