the staff was friendly the area and the rooms were clean but they had no coffee they ran out and they had a limited supply of snacks to offer more snack machines would be nice but for the area it was ok

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. The bed was made with only two flat sheets with no blanket or comforter. When sheets were pulled back there was dirt found. The walls in main room and bathroom had hand prints and finger markings in black on the white paint. The floor was very sticky and the bathtub had burn marks on the outer edge from cigarettes or something of the sort.

Beds were very uncomfortable and the shower did not drain very well. The room had a musty smell and the AC did not work. I saw an insect on my second day but I could not tell what kind before it scurried under the baseboard out of sight. I will not be staying again any time soon. The room barely served as a place to sleep for the night so it got one thing partially right at least.

Absolutely disgusting!!

The hotel was terrible. Went to check in and was told that . our accessible king bed room that we had reserved that the tv did work. Then was told that the tv's in all of their king rooms did not work. We checked in at 10 pm and was told that we should have checked in earlier and that we would have to pay extra to get a room with two beds. She then decided that we did not have to pay extra and we got a room with two beds and when we got to the room it was dirty and gross. Our shoes stuck to the floor when we walked. There was a baseboard heater and it was disgusting, There was food stuck to the tv remote. It was supposed to be a 2 night stay but we checked out in the morning and she said we would receive a refund for the night we didn't stay but we are still waiting on it. Will NOT stay there again!!!
