Called to ask for an early check in (1.5 hrs early) was told it would be a $24 charge. Seems a bit expensive for an hour and a half early, so we chose to wait until check in time. Staff were friendly, lots of options for breakfast. The room was not vacuumed. We found an ibuprofen pill on the floor and a medicine cup with some liquid still in it. This is concerning considering we had a 1.5 year old staying with us.

Greedy! will give your room away with no refund

I accidentally double-booked my stay and informed the hotel in advance. They acknowledged the situation and assured me it was fine. The following day, I reiterated that I was checking out early due to the double booking, and again, they said it was fine. Later, I contacted Hotels.com to request a refund. However, when they reached out to the hotel, the hotel refused to issue one. Since I had already paid and they wouldn’t refund me, I decided to return to use the room for the night, only to find out they had resold it. So not only did they refuse a refund, but they also gave away the room I had paid for. I got them on recording after confronting the front-desk person, and that's when they said they'd refund (still haven't got the refund). But I'll be using that video recording to get a refund either through my credit card or Hotels.com.
