The housekeeping staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean, although the comforters on the beds were very thin - like sleeping with nothing more than a thin sheet. The pool was closed for cleaning (with no prior notice), which was really inconvenient for our family. The breakfast was ok, but the selection was very limited. The bathrooms had no towel racks, and only two hooks total on which to hang towels. Overall, the hotel was fine, especially compared to more expensive hotels in the Minneapolis area, but it wasn't great.
