The room was great, zero problems there. The staff at night was extremely rude and came to our door around 9pm accusing us of smoking in the room, which we were not. Our room was right next to the side door & we noticed later the ashtray outside was right below our window which I had opened due to hot flashes. Not only that but it's freezing out & we seen about 8 people stand right in the side door and smoke. He made us give him $100 deposit & said he'd call the cops if he came back. I have stayed in over 200 hotels in multiple different states and not 1 time have we had that happen. I will not be back there, and it's unfortunate because the room was amazing. The next day the lady was very nice, came to our room & said it was perfect, no issues. She gave us the $100 back and apologized.

I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again.
