Room was really nice. Smelt good (I am very smell sensitive). Room was updated and nice. Bed was a bit on firm side, pillows big and fluffy. Heat control was a little weird couldn’t seem to turn it up or down much. Had to change between heat and cool to change temp in room. The temp didn’t seem to go up or down. I would stay again tho. Super good deal for the price.

This was my second time staying here. Very clean, very respectful staff, and the breakfast was really good. Also the 24/7 coffee bar and water stand saved many lives 😂.

It was good overall, but our toilet flooded the bathroom and we alerted mantainence 3 times and they said they were on their way when we were leaving the room for the day. When we got back late that night, they never touched the bathroom. They didn’t do anything. The night crew at least move us to a different room but the day shift didn’t fix or clean the bathroom. It was ignored when they said they were on their way.

Great, clean room at an affordable rate in a good location near to many restaurants. And a Trader Joes opposite the highway to boot! My only complaint is the hot tub should be called the luke warm tub. Not ever close to the standard 104 degrees F temperature. 90 maybe?

We had a great check in But the rest of front desk interactions were not helpful And quite rude. No water available, told to go to gym. Asked if we could have room cleaned and said no, asked if they could take out garbage at least and said put outside door. Maid service we had was great. Maid didn’t mind cleaning room when asked by us. The front desk refused to ask he if she would, he wouldn’t assist with garbage removal. Sat in back room and didn’t look up from his phone unless customers made a noise. Attitude was not helpful. When checking out asked for reciept and was told to leave key in box. Could have offered to print. Mo towels in pool room. Most days coffee and water jug empty and staff could see guests trying to fill cup ect and didn’t offer to fill. Most days not filthy but not super clean in common areas. Rooms where good

Room was clean but the apparatus holding the shower head kept sliding down. Pool and hot tub were both nice. Pool was warm. I got in at 7 am when pool opened so no towels were sticked. The staff seemed nice. However the whole hotel in all the elevators and hallways smelled of weed. The sink in our room didn’t drain, the drawer wouldn’t stay shut and they let children run up and down the hall screaming at 2am. I tried to call the front desk from my room but no one would answer. There was a domestic issue down the hall from us with yelling and screaming and items being thrown but no one from the front office investigated or anything. It felt like once you checked in you were on your own. Kids played in the pool unsupervised, young children…like 4 or 5 years old it was a mad house

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I specifically chose this location because it advertised electric charging for vehicles, which was a major factor in my decision to drive out of town. As a female traveling alone, arriving late at night to find out that the charging station was out of order was not only inconvenient but also unsettling. False advertising and lack of concern for guest safety are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.
