Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Walls and doors show signs of wear. TV image quality could be better, it is not HD. Easy parking, the hotel is located on a main road with easy access to highways.

I unfortunately had to move rooms twice. First time was because the room wasn’t not fully cleaned from the previous guest. The second time was because the guest in the room next to me was very loud in conversation and music. Staff was understanding, friendly and accommodating when I requested to move rooms. I could also tell that this was a hotel lower budget hotel that Courtyard Marriott must have purchased and is trying to make upgrades.

The neighbors or someone was so extremely rude and noisy from 3 am until the morning when we checked out, we couldnt program for the fan to stay on so could hardly sleep! Also i reserved the room as i was shown they had a pool and hot tub get therr pools shut down for health concerns and no hot tub! I wouldve stayed elsewhere it was really uncomfortable nothing to do there and the noise and slamming of doors was outrageous!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was grand helpful. The property could use some love. The hand rails in the elevator are loose and the common area carpet on the 3rd floor is stained and worn.

I had to pay additional money for the room which was $300 not $248 no pool didn't know that till after 7pm . I really had to stay in a room I didn't want or I loose my money. They said you guys have to give me my money back or half back $200

room was clean. property was clean. staff was nice and helpful. son ate breakfast and said it was good. we felt safe. only problem we had was our room key kept de-activating, so we had to keep going to the front desk to get new keys. this happened 3 times.
