This apartment was created in a monumental historic building from the end of the 18th century which was once the residence of Cumbo Conte Borgia, secretary of Federico II di Borbone, as well as deputy, mayor and author of the first regulator of Milazzo.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and offers an independent entrance from Via generale Zirilli 42. Recently renovated, it offers finishes of considerable value and design furniture. The property offers a total of n. 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom and luxuriously finished in every detail.
The entire apartment is equipped with centralized heat pumps that classify it in class A4.
A welcoming common area of 20 m2 with sofas and will introduce you to the private rooms, all accessible with a personal code or smart-key.
Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
It is located in the center a few steps from the Levante promenade, the marina and the beach of Croce di Mare and the pedestrian area of Giacomo Medici. It also rises about 200 meters from the fortified citadel which houses the Aragonese Castle and the village of Milazzo.

A great apartment for our family
Laura was a terrific host who ensured that our combined family of 8 ( 3 adults and 5 'kids' 16-24) were well accommodated. The location is excellent for accessing Milazzo's beaches, shops and cafes. The apartment suits those needing a place to sleep and shower with plans for meals and activities elsewhere. The kitchen is sparsely kitted out, not meant for cooking big meals. Grocery store a short walk away to stock up for breakfast and snacks. Two big bedrooms that sleep 4 each with big bathrooms, and two bunk beds in the hall with another large bathroom off the kitchen. Each bedroom also has a tv and coffee machine, small fridge and air conditioning. Handy to have the washing maching (hang dry), too. We will likely be back next time we are visiting family in the area!
