Sophisticated, minimal design that was unfussy and welcoming; very personable staff that helped answer our questions and suggested places to dine; and a special shout out to the rooftop bar and pool staff that made cooling off by the pool a lot of fun. A great stay at a lovely property.

Great staff and location. A little out of the thick of old city but direct access to it via the streetcar. And Chinatown is a cool slice of Milan I didn't even think about prior to staying here. There's a mostly pedestrian mall a block away that spans several blocks with restaurants and bars that was fun to explore. Highly recommend.

Disliked: Amenities
Property was too far from everything, and not in a great area. The lobby had a very strong smell when you walk in from the outside and we hated the smell. The food was okay and over priced, not a 4 or 5 star hotel.
