One of the best hotels ever in terms of service, from check-in, to the concierge, to housekeeping. Our luggage was delayed and they went above and beyond, following up with the Italian company contracted with the airline to give us peace of mind, without us even asking (we had just told them to expect it, but they happily called to confirm and get a time of expected arrival). Rooms were big for European standards. Definitely worth it! Thanks for the wonderful time, maybe next time we can stay longer!
Stayed with my daughter for two nights, and wished to never leave! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, steps away from the wonderful Piazza del Duomo and the most exclusive Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping area. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Elena, the front desk manager, who was so gracious and went out of her way to assure our complete satisfaction. The hotel is spotless clean, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was huge, the spa and gem facilities are amazing, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in our entire europe trip! Even though we were not diamond/globalist elite level, we were treated as if we were. We got flower bouquet, fruit and chocolates amenities in our room. I stayed at many 5 star hotels in Europe, this is by far is my favorite!I I can’t wait to go back to Milano and stay again in this beautiful hotel!
The location is great. You just exit the hotel, you will find yourself in the Galleria. 2 minutes and you will see the Duomo in front of you. Staff were very kind and supportive. The price is slightly high, but it deserves the experience.
The best in Milan Choosing a hotel when you go on vacation Is the most important decision. Park Hyatt Milano, is the best there is! It is a beautiful hotel, with definitely the best location and the best service I have ever experienced. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, the staff; from the minute you walk in, when checking in, when asking for advice from concierge, all of them with smile and willing to best help you. You feel really special, making your vacation an unforgettable trip. The bar is great; and the food delicious! Definitely a place you will always come back to when in Milano! Rossina Adissi
We spent two nights at the Park Hyatt and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is located steps from everything (Duomo, La Scala, etc.). The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, only boosted by the helpful and friendly staff. The price is steep, so it usually gives a great conversion on World of Hyatt points!
I cannot say enough about how amazing this hotel is. The bathroom in our standard room was gigantic and covered in beautiful floor-to-ceiling marble. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Everything in the room had a distinctly "premium" feel as one should expect in a property of this caliber. Also, the location right next to the Galleria cannot be beat. Where the hotel really stood out was with the concierge staff. My travel companion fell ill during our visit and the concierge went above-and-beyond to assist us. First, they provided the location an emergency room and alternatively offered to summon a doctor for an in-room visit. My friend was eventually admitted to the ER and the staff there barely spoke any English. The concierge very graciously offered for one of their staff to come to the hospital as a translator to ensure that the doctor and ER staff was able to communicate with us. This was incredibly helpful, and we were not assessed any charge for the more than two hours he spent helping us. The hotel truly placed its every resource at our disposal and for this we are extremely grateful.
This hotel is very famous arrived everywhere in the world. In Milan Park Hayat is really in the best place (just beside duomo) the service quality is extremely high and the personnel of the hotel are really professional.
I have stayed at other hotels for many years, but this time decided to find somewhere new. I liked the Park Hyatt. The rooms are adequate, and the bar is quite nice. The location is what i really liked. it was very central next to the Duomo.
Our experience was far from relaxing, while our 2 kids were sleeping after 7PM we started to hear from the room next door guests, few adults and kids gathering, who were making incredible loud noises. After a while seeing they were not lowering it down we informed the front desk who sent someone to ask them to stop. It did not work and after coming back from the hotel restaurant the party was still going on strong in the room next door and at now 10PM we had to ask again for intervention. The staff who knocked again at their door said the now 5 kids left inside (they pointed out to us they were making an exception to the maximum occupancy regulation by allowing us to be 4 in a SUITE.....) were out of control, that they made an incredible mess at the spa the same afternoon and that there was not much for them to do expect for us to move to an other room or call them again if it kept going on... With our 2 kids sleeping we told we couldn't and that they should ask to the disturbing guests to move instead of us. We reported the issue the next day to the front desk and what a disturbance it was and their incapacity to fix it. They rather have us pack at night and move our sleeping small kids than enforce respect to disturbing guests. Their reply after few days to fix this was offering us points... Park Hyatt Milano won't see us again.
Stayed at this fabulous hotel last month for 6 days. Actually we initially booked for 3 days but then had to extend our visit in Milan due to some personal issues arising. I'm writing this review especially to thank the staff of the Park Hyatt Milan for their kindness shown during our stay. Not only they showed such compassion but also went out of their way to make our prolonged stay as comfortable as possible. It feels like such a blessing that we decided to change from the Armani where we stayed last year (which we also really enjoyed) to give the Park Hyatt a try. Not to mention that my husband had one of the best massages with Mohammad. Whenever we are ready to travel back to Milan we will surely be staying at your gorgeous hotel. From the bottom of our hearts, my husband and I are truly grateful for everything you've done for us.
