We enjoyed our stay in Milan. The hotel was good without being spectacultar. The double room was nice and had a balcony view. It was clean and stylish. Breakfast was OK I would say about average for a hotel breakfast. I don't know the norm for hotels in Italy so it was a little difficult to judge.
First time in Milan ,hotel Ritz very good , nice room upgrade for our anniversary thanks Daniello, All staff very good . Take the Malpenza Express train from Airport to Milan Central look for Metro green line to loreto change to Red line to Lima one stop 300 yards to hotel. Back to hotel, we ate out so can't help with meals but looked nice clean rooms comfy bed good shower, reception recommended Cavallini restaurant 10 mins walk fantastic also full of local Milan trendies models and movie star types obviously the place to be seen but prices good for top nosh, Hope you enjoy Milan Metro good same as any big city
The elevator is really small enough for two people and two cases no more! There is no ramp as you come in and there is a considerable amount of stairs which can prove difficult if you case is heavy! The breakfast isn't great. Beside those ever so slight negatives the hotel is spotless the rooms are clean, the location is great and easy to navigate from there are some lovely shops and bars nearby.
Stayed here for one night whilst passing through Milan Rooms were spacious and bed was good. Spa included steam room, sauna, gym but no Jacuzzi. Breakfast was ok. Service was very good and all staff were always friendly and they gave exception recommendation for dinner.
Hotel is clean and well staffed, breakfast usual hotel fare, well located for shops, metro and restaurants,we checked out for noon and the hotel stored our luggage until 14:30 at no charge, rooms were clean and well attended, would use again.
The hotel is located close to Corso Buenos Aires street and Porta Venezia subway station. The attention of the personnel is fantastic, always with a smile, which is quite rare to find in Northern Italy! The breakfast is great and the dining room is very nice.
The hotel is easy to reach on foot from the central station (where we came from Bergamo airport). The location itself is quite ok, though it's a bit far from the downtown. The hotel is.. Unexpected in a bad way. It should be considered as 4*, but it's far away from that. The breakfast was very poor, the room was tiny (though we took upper class than standart room). Also, the hotel staff knew that there were going to be 2 guests, but still there was only one set of towels, slippers, etc. Also, we were surprised that there was no iron and it couldn't be provided (the only option was laundry/ironing service). In general the price doesn't meet the quality.
Stayed two nights with the family. Easy check in and welcoming staff. Hotel is well located - 15 min walk to the Duomo and only few minutes away from the park - great place if traveling with kids. Plethora of dinning options around. Rooms are small but clean. Great breakfast. The elevators are very small (4 people max without any luggage). One of three was broken during our stay so took a while to get up to the room. Check in/out parking by the entrance was always full (with the rest of the street).
Booked through booking.com a 4 night stay. If flying into Malpensa Airport you could easily take the shuttle bus into Centrale Station. Here you are probably best using the Metro to Lima. The hotel is situated off the main road - behind Hotel Teco Reception were pleasant and a credit card is used to secure your stay and secure the city tax ( 4 nights - 40 euros) The lobby is bright and spacious and the dining area overlooks the lobby. Breakfast has additional items you can purchase ( pancakes/ waffles) but generally there is plenty. The room we had was on the 2nd floor and as non smokers - the odour in the corridor as you exit the lift is somewhat distasteful The room was basic - no iron/ ironing board, but did have tea/ coffee making facilities
When extending for one night they gave us a price when checking out the price was very much higher there also a big issue with parking billed when we didn't use it in previous booking we don't recommend this hotel at all
