We had an expensive room with a view. We ordered pizza and it came partially cold. Seemed the pizza was a frozen pizza and heated up in the oven and was watery on bottom. Also there was a noise in the bathroom that clicks on a regular basis and we had to close the bathroom door at night. The room also had a weird smell that was not very pleasant. The property was fine. Dining options for such a large hotel are very miniscule. This is more for a place to come for a drink at the roof than staying overnight.
