Tudor was able to accommodate our late arrival with detailed videos of how to enter the building and park our car. It was all very easy to understand and worked out perfectly. The place was very clean and air conditioned and had a nice elevator to get luggage and kids up/down. Location was great with easy access to Milan Metro station and a great breakfast spot (Gucci) on the corner. Would stay here again!
