"Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and easy to talk to. Room was clean and comfortable. We had problems with our room water which was barely warm until our last morning. Only one of four elevators were working for a couple days for eighteen floor hotel. Long waits or had to walk. Had to go to three different floors to find ice. Several machines were not operating. Would probably not return due to the facility maintenance problems."
