Do not stay here.

Had the absolute work experience here. Didn’t even check in, it was a completely different property than what’s was shown online. The host did a horrible job helping us out, didn’t even make it inside bc how unsafe the area was and there was no parking provided. Host is now refusing to refund for a stay that didn’t happen. Save your self and stay at a different place.

Birthday Vacation from July17-23

Me and my family booked with hotel/apartment from july17-july23 the location was great, the first problem i ran into was the parking situation, when booking it said free parking, which is one reason for me booking the location and free parking. The first night found a parking spot directly across from property, i noticed that after the 2-3 day that we could park on the inside of the fence to the property. Some nights most nights i HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING. I texted and called didnt get any response. Until about the 4th day is when i received a phone call and text messages saying if i had any problems call this number, which i did. The secong problem was that the sheets for the sofa bed where dirty already and torn, not to mention i found to dirty pillows and a dirty blanket under the sofa bed.(looks like from previous stayers) The clean sheets where torn already, there was long black hair everywhere in the bathroom and shower, had to clean it before even getting in. There where also black smugg marks on wall that my family is being blamed for. I would say try and have a RAT Exterminator me and my family saw not 1 but 2 big a** RATS run right pass our door everynight. Also being able to hear the people behind and in front is kind of a issue. You can hear every word and thats not pleasant when you have a 10month old trying to sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again. Recommend fixing minor issues and ill give 5stars next time.
