I would rate this negative Stars if possible. My physical body has never been in a shittier building in my life. Cracked walls, dust collecting in the fan blades, broken closet doors with years old water stains, NO coffee maker in the room as the listing promised and an incredibly difficult check in process. Orbitz was no better, not allowing a cancellation or making any effort to put me in a room somewhere else. The best phrase I can use to describe this place is ‘low end crackhouse’. I wouldn’t allow my girlfriend to even ENTER the building that’s how disgusting this was - and I paid for this more than I would have had I stayed at à la Quinta or other such economy hotel. Avoid this place like the plague. Save your money and your sanity.

Everything was really good, best part was the kitchen along with all utensils, balcony and housekeeping staffs. Their dedication, politeness and efficiency was amazing. Great place to stay and I highly recommend it if you are ok to drive 30 mins from and to Miami to stay within low budget hotel. Parking is within the hotel lower ground and first floor, sufficient enough. Police officer stay there at all the time, so safety is not the concern as well. View is really nice with river outside the hotel. One thing that there is no restaurants or fast food in walkable distance, so you need to drive about 3 miles. Still a lot worth of price and experience.

Room was dirty, tile floor was full of hair even pubic looking hair and had 2 separate chewed gum on the floor as well. I Told the front desk and it took them over a hour before I went back downstairs to ask to switch rooms because no one was cleaning it and I had to leave. So they switched my room but downgraded me from 6 to 4th floor with a crappier view.

The room didn’t look like it did in the pictures. The facilities were outdated , and I paid for a King bed but when I arrived I was informed all of their rooms had queen beds. There were chips in the tiles and kitchen was dirty.

The room was not clean we had to call the front offfice and have them change the sheets because of a white crusty material was all over it. The bathroom floor was drenched in water and we were not sure if it was flooded but she dried it with the sheets. The hall had dirt and the place was not clean at all.

For the price paid, the hotel was totally worth it. A little far from the limelight of the city but it’s quiet a place. We enjoyed our overall stay, the check in and out was smooth and the staff was courteous enough. Hotel is having plenty of parking and is located right off the Hwy 27.
