The hotel is very basic. You enter the rooms from outside - there is no inside hallway. The hotel needs updating, outside and inside. The room appeared clean and was quiet but way too bright at night. I woke up at 3:30am thinking it was morning but it was just because the window was letting in so much light from the security lighting outside. When we woke in the morning and were packing to leave, a small cockroach ran across the dresser holding the very small television. Our free breakfast was a brown paper bag containing a tiny juice box, a granola bar, an orange and a frozen breakfast burrito that had thawed to about room temperature. All this for $162 a night.

Room was nice, key card stopped working after 1st night. Staff were inappropriate, made weird comments. Breakfasts were just a to-go bag with cheap foods. I though review on expedia stated a hot breakfast when I booked.

Had a noisy refrigerator and bathroom fan after two communications finally got the refrigerator switched from another room. Next morning no breakfast as advertised but did get coffee and a bag with stuff in it. Next day didn’t even get coffee there wasn’t any creamer had to go to McDonalds. Next day didn’t even try and just went to McDonalds and went to check out and the hundred dollars I had to give them for whatever reason when the room was already paid for won’t be supposedly refunded for 10 to 14 business days. The property was fairly nice but we received the furthest away room you could possibly get and needed to drive to the pool. We are on the older side. Just not very happy with the stay and I very rarely complain

Great place and the upkeep was amazing. I even came back one evening at 7:30 and there was a maintenanve guy refreshing the kerbs with fresh yellow paint. Room was awesome. The two reasons I'm not rating it excellent, one, the building I was in had very bad wi-fi connection. It kept disconnecting and made it impossible to work from room

Staff was great! Room was rough. First room had a wad of dry hair in the bathtub. We were given another room. This room had some kind of white mildew surrounding the back of the toilet. There as also a noticeable gap underneath the entry door. Honestly, we slept for a few hours and left as soon as possible.

Yes to both. Room was horrible dirty. Water cut off for 4 hours with no prior notification. Breakfast says continental but nothing except coffee was there.they gave packed sandwich but that needed oven to cook and no oven or toaster available in the room. No amenities Also being vegetwrian no options
