The breakfast was excellent! Although the shuttle location was confused the front staff was very calm and kind. I always love their chocolate chip cookie. Hotel looks old and not clean but comfortable enough to stay before cruise.

Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not open so we had dinner in the bar, all staff were attentive and friendly. The food was great. However, our room was very cold, setting the temperature up to 90 it was still blowing cold air. Called for maintenance, the tech did not speak or seem to understand English, he just came into the room and turned off the thermostat and walked out. I went to the desk and spoke with a manager, he explained that the hotel has no heat anywhere??? I explained that the thermostat should still turn off the cooling at the set temperature and stop blowing out cold air, he had no answer. Shower temperature was warm, never got hot. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

They did not have heat and we had to go out and purchase a space heater. I had to keep asking for fresh towels and request fresh linen. The pluming for not good. We had to flush twice after every usage. One good thing was the customer service was good.

Air conditioning not working and no one picked up our calls to come and get it fixed. The front desk said the hotel in going under renovation. I asked for any other way they can compensate but they said they can offer free breakfast which we couldn’t go because we were on our way out as taxi arrived. I will have never thought this issue at Hilton earlier and I’ll definitely think twice before booking it next time.
