My husband and I stayed one night before our cruise and was very happy we chose Best Western Clark Gables. Our great experience started right at the front desk speaking to Belkis. She was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. She gave us information about transportation to the cruise port and also informed us about storing our luggage when we returned from the cruise until our flight later that evening. Because of our experience with Belkis, we will be staying at this hotel again when we cruise out of Miami.

We wanted a location that offered shuttle transportation from MIA, shuttle service to Miami cruise port and had an Amazon locker pickup close by. We found all that at this location with the Amazon locker only a 16 minute walk away. The location is in the process of replacing flooring in the guest rooms. So seeing pallets of flooring and other construction debris, as soon as you get off the elevators is not what guests should see or have to navigate around. Yet, I totally recommend this location as the staff is polite and friendly. Our room was clean, which allowed us to recharge ourselves with a quiet nights rest before heading out to our cruise the following day.

I stayed at this property for one night and must say it was amazing. First, Belkis at the front desk made sure checkin process was quick and above expectations. She also arranged the shuttle service to the airport the following day. A all the way, room, restaurant and service level!

The room was large with a king bed, a desk, coffee machine, mini fridge, microwave, and a comfortable chair. The AC was noisy and very cold even though we had set the thermostat at 73. There is a swimming pool which we didn’t have time to enjoy.

We stayed for 9 nights and we would come back again. The hotel is under renovation however that’s not an issue since there’s no noise while they work. Staff is super friendly specially Tamara at the front desk. The room was big and enough space. The bed was comfy. We just had one issue at check out, my husband left his wedding ring forgot at the night table or desk and it wasn’t found after several reviews of the staff that’s my only bad experience there the rest was great. Thanks

Booked for 2 night stay before a cruise. All the staff were amazing!!. Like others mentioned the room smelt really old & damp, i had to buy Febreeze and continually spray it, due to this I would not be able to stay here again, as the smell was so bad. The room however was clean & huge, a/c worked really well. So if only the bad smell could be removed, this would be a great option. They offer free coffee in the lobby too. Also offer shuttle to cruise port, costs $12 per person & drivers were fab. Ice cold soda machines on each floor too which was handy. Fridge in room was iced up, so not working as well as it should

The facility is nice and clean; however, there was an almost 2 hour wait at the airport for the shuttle. They did compensate with a free breakfast. Also, the bathtub had no non-slip material on the bottom and the tile on the bathroom floor was very slick when wet, very dangerous. We did not use the bathtub after one in our party fell. Convenient location and nice people.
