I traveled to Miami on business. The location was perfect for my purposes. The noise from the nearby construction was disturbing at night but I understand that is not the fault of the hotel. My room thermostat did not seem to control the temperature in my room. I was always cold and it was in the 80's+ outside. the housekeeping attendant did not refill the coffee butler each day with the necessary cream and sugar so I ran out. Very disappointing.

The hotel did meet my expectations but they failed to credit my account with pre payment and as a result they charged my my debit card twice. They have tried to make amends but room credit still not back in my account. When i arrived i looked haggard from the heat and was offered a bottle of water by the check in clerk only to learn he charged my room over $ 7 for this water. I complained and the charge was removed.

The hotel was great and met our expectations. The pillows were a little too soft for our liking, but that was the only thing we didn't like. The hotel was in a great location, which we really likes. We went to Little Havana and Soutj Beach, so the hotel was in a great central location for that. Overall our trip to Miami was great and we plan on returning.

Love it for Family or bussiness. Quiet, clean, polite staff....Perfect!!

This hotel has the best staff ive seen in ages. They are extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were quite clean. The pool was clean but not as vibrant as hotels in south beach. The only issue was the parking fee which was $34+tax+tip which was quite high. Overall our experience was very good.

This is a very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, great location and excellent value.

First time at this hotel which is on Brickell. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, beautiful lobby. Not cheap, however, and valet parking problematic because parking circle is too small and crowded (and costs $34/day!). But overall a very fine hotel in the Brickell area.
